question about Necro's "KeepAllPokemonThatCanEvolve" setting

If I use the keep all pokemon that can evolve, does it only go off the "to evolve" list? I remember back in like version 5 or so I tried using it and it kept EVERYTHING that could evolve. I have like 6k Dratini candy and only keep 95%+ but it filled my invo with sub-par dratinis (back in the lilydale nest). Just wondering if this is fixed.
Just wanting it to keep Pidgey, Rattata, etc

Only evolve pokemons from list

PokemonsToEvolve (List)

Only used if EvolveAllPokemonWithEnoughCandy is set to true. Comma-seperated quote-wrapped list of Pokemon names that distinguish which Pokemon to automatically evolve if there are enough candies.

KeepPokemonsThatCanEvolve (Value)

When NecroBot determines how many Pokemon to transfer due to duplicates, it will create a count based on the number of candies the account has for that species compared to the number required to evolve.

For example, if the account has 5 Pidgeys (12 candies to evolve) and 24 candies, NecroBot will keep the top two Pidgeys and transfer the rest.

Doesnt really answer my question no offense. Nowhere does it say if the keeppokemon goes off the evolve list. According to the wiki you quoted that means if I have 800 magikarp candies itll keep 2 magikarp regardless of IV/CP because I have enough to evolve 2. However at the same time the wiki (for evolve settings) hasnt been changed since like version 4-5 of the bot which is why i was just wondering if theyve fixed it yet.

It's work like said on wiki, yesterday i used this options (added more pokemon on list and use Lucky egg to evolve 100+ pokemons at once for exp)
