Farm a specific pokémon with NecroBot ?

Hi, I'm new to this, I've made some researches on Google but found nothing updated nor interesting..
I would like to make a config for NecroBot that only farms Dratini (keeps High IV/CP and transfer the rest) in order to get a lot of candies.
