Can't see any Pokemon on NOX

So as of yesterday, after 5 seconds after logging in I cannot see any Pokemon anymore. I tried sniping for some rare Pokemon, but I only see the white pulse where they should be. No matter how long I wait, no Pokemon will pop up.

Strange that it only started happening yesterday. Anyone knows a fix?
