Unban soft-banned account

Hi, i don't know if this has been posted already, i can't find it.

What is the problem:
When you are faking your location, it may result in a solf-ban wich mean you can't:
- Loot pokestop
- Catch pokemons

How to solve it
Walk to a pokestop, then:
1) Open the pokesop
2) Spin it
3) Close the pokestop
Repeat 30 to 50 times, this will disable the soft-ban.
