Pokemon not appearing

Been using Nox just fine since the update. Today getting glitch where everything loads just fine but the pokemon do not appear. You can see the circles where they should be but you can't click or see them. Pokestops work and give items, can walk around just fine. Tried reloading a few times as well as singing in and out again.. They came back but then it happens again shortly after. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? Been staying in the same area today as well not gps hoping.
