Weak Pokemons.

Hey Guys

I am using this Pokemon GO BOt: Pokemon_GO_ Bot v1.2.3.rar (4,00 MB) - uploaded.net
It's the Version v.1.2.3

I am already lvl 21 but my problem is that it dosent catch any good or strong Pokemon.. I have the feeling that the Bot only collects a lot of Pokestops and only a few, weak Pokemon. On my old/no Bot Acount (also lvl 21) I have many very strong Pokemon.
Could you help me? Do i have to change something in the settings or am i doing something comepletly wrong?

YOu probably prioritize IV over CP, which means the CP you see is low, but when you power them up, they will be stronger than the high CP that you caught before
