    HOW to set MinDelayBetweenSnipes and SnipingScanOffset.

    can someone tell me how to set MinDelayBetweenSnipes and SnipingScanOffset. It also display "have no pokemon there".but when i check the coordinate,there have the pokemon. So i miss a lot of high IV pokemon. help me pls

    MinDelayBetweenSnipes = 10000

    SnipingScanOffset = 0.001
