Auto-Level Pokemon/Transfer based on Movesets?

With all these bots, it's hard to keep up!

I was wondering if there was a bot that supported transferring based on IV, CP and movesets?
Also, is there a bot or tool that can level up certain Pokemon? I.e. I want to auto level my Vaporeon's and Dragonites, some are as low as 13. I'm talking over 5 accounts and over 50 of these Pokemon, so doing it by hand or NOX macro is cumbersome.

none that i'm aware of that do moveset based transfer, CP/IV are the main transfer filters and there on most bots by now. i'd check out PokefastV2.0Beta by neer (thread link) ([UPDATED] Pokemon Bot in C# Community Version)

Yeah it'd be pretty sweet to have that as another variable to determine if a pokemon is good or not in these bots, maybe can make it a proportion like IV by taking the best possible with the current

Definitely need a moveset filter. The move set of a pokemon is pretty much the most important thing.
