Another Pokevision Alternative?

Hello, i know there are some threads like this but:
Everybody is posting the Skiklagged site but it doesnt work for me? Im living near Frankfurt in Germany but there arent pokemons near me? How do i add my position to scan the Pokemons?

So there arent any other alternatives to Pokevision? I need something very simple, like click on the map and all pkms near are showed. Not something like https://www.poke-map.info/ where i only can scan every 15 minutes and only some pokemons are showed.
