Lift Your Softban

Little Info;

marlow1337 posted in discord something about a streamer... he lifted his Softban within 15minutes of throwing Pokeballs at Pokemon till they got catched.

Get/have around 30-40 Pokeballs

1. Get a Softban for getting to a fake location
2. Teleport back to start
3. Catch Pokemon at start until you keep them (Can take up to 25 minutes for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 hours)
4. Softban lifted

Thanks for posting ancient news.. you don't even have to teleport back takes about the same time if you just stay..

I did those steps and it worked, the other methods didnt for me.. so this one might be it for some others too.

You just have to wait it out at some location...

dont matter if u go back to the start ur soft ban goes away regardless of where u go just takes time

I've been calling this the bruteforce method, wasn't sure if it was common, thanks for confirming, discovered by mistake while going afk after tele-sniping a bunch it varies depending on where/what im catching, and normally before i go out with the woman/friends I'll brute force a nearby pokespawn location and brute force to my own city.

also how im a suppose to "Catch Pokemon at start until you keep them" if im soft banned?

genuis i've lost 300pokebals and my sofbaned is lifted within 1sec

i just wrote this the last days ... it takes me from Germany to santa Monica arround 30 pokeballs (~2 minutes bot) to lose my softban lol. idk why ppl still think softban is arround 5-6 hrs

You don't catch them, you just fail at catching them for a little bit, the first 5-10 will almost always flee, I find after ~15 pokemon then I'll usually catch one and the soft ban is lifted, I'm not sure how this works at all, or if it's intended for people who don't know any better and accidentally get soft banned while driving

is this proven? or is the softban simply 15 mins and you hjust were tossing balls for 15 minutes for waste?

Guys its pretty easy when you get a softban (you need atleast 30 pokeballs)


1. Get to the spot where you want to "stay" aka ur pokemon home
2.Go and throw Pokeballs at every Pokemon you can find (they will flee cuz Softban)
3.After like 15mins the Pokemon wont flee anymore and from that point you know the ban is lifted.

EZPZ 3hr Softban (ported from Sydney to NYC) lifted after 15min tested by multiple ppl

Worked for me, just try to catch every pokemon in your softban and the ban will gone in around 20-30 catches

EDIT:
Tested also with bot, just keep you bot running softban lifts in some mins :-D
