This is how Many extra stats ur Pokémon have 15/15/15 is Perfect for example a dragonite with 2400 Cp with 7/7/7 is weaker then a dragoran with 2300 Cp but 15/15/15 stats

You can set the limit of all your items in user.xml too
The default is set like 10 RazzBerry, 20 Pokeball, 0 Potion, and such

Using PTC? If so, it's down. Google seems to work though.
