[x64] Use MEmu Play Instead of BlueStacks and Nox

This will be a short tutorial, takes 2-3 minutes to setup. Nox is still a lot better than MEmu Play, but MEmu play is a lot easier to use and far better than ShitStack (BlueStack). So this is for those that aren't able to get Nox working or are experiencing a lot of lag.

This currently only works for x64 bit PCs

MEmu play has a built in GPS faker and comes rooted, so in total only 2-3 things need to be downloaded based on your location.

1. Download and Install MEmu: HERE
2. Download and install Memu Lollipop Beta: HERE

----------This is done because Pokemon GO doesn't run on anything under Lollipop ----------
3. Open up Multi MEmu and select Android 5.1.1>Create>Play button (The one you just created)

5. Log in to Google Play and download Pokemon Go
----------Heres where the location part comes in... if Pokemon Go isn't available in your country yet, then you have to download the APK file for Pokemon Go which is found literally everywhere... or just use a VPN and change your IP to a country like US and download it. But it should be available in every country as of today----------

6. Once that's setup, open up the settings in MEmu found on the right, go to the GPS tab and choose your location

7. You're all set now and can launch Pokemon Go


Whats good about this?

• There's no lag
• You don't have to switch screens to cahnge location like you do in BlueStacks
• Already Rooted
• Already has GPS spoofer pre-installed

Let me know if you have any problems or if the instructions aren't clear I'll post a video.

I know, that's pretty much the first thing I said. This is for those that aren't able to get NOX working, and there's many out there that can't.

only thing I have not seen is how do you roam around like fakegps settings mode? I am not talking about a long path to walk, I just want to roam around a central point like it has in the options.

I had that problem too, restart the Emulator, set the GPS first, and then open the app.

I forgot to mention that it is currently only supported by 64-bit PCs therefore you would have to switch over to that, which is also pretty simple to do.

Oh ok, thanks. Can you tell me how to switch over? I clean installed windows just recently but I only had 3 Gigs of RAM so even though I had a x64 processor it forced me to install windows as x32.

Is there a way to make it x64 without getting more RAM?

re-down the apk and reset memu thats what fixed it for me
