Looking to Purchase some Level 40 Accounts

I'm looking to purchase 1-3 Pokemon go accounts thats at Level 40.
Please send me proof of the account and a reasonable price quote (anything over $80-100 for an account is obviously ridiculous since everyone can just bot away that money).
I can purchase via ebay selling option only. I also have a paypal account.
I will not buy in bit coin sorry, as the last few times of purchases i had been scammed but I have bought many accounts with paypal previously so there shouldn't be any issue on any of them.
I am hoping to get one before X'mas as a gift for a few people so some urgency would be gladly appreciated.
