    POE2 Effect remover for low end pc

    Is there a poe2 effect remover for low end pc?
    I'd like to have some app that removes all the fancy effects in the game so I can actually play the game.

    poenull , smoother and PoeAssistant have only pay versions to remove effects.

    Same issue, I can barely keep 20 FPS on endgame with my laptop GPU, how expensive are those effect removers?
