there is some explanation below, they are actually for poe1 but most of them work poe2 too.

if you don't like filter files, you can use my mod. i was open a thread three weeks ago but admins didn't approve yet. it highlight by item mods and looks like below.

if you ask about my mod, there is a checkbox "Write hovered item mod names to debug window". when you activated this and hover mouse on to an item, it write item mod names to debug window. for example if you want to learn spell damage mod name, find an item that gives spell damage and move mouse over it. when you done, deactivate debug function. it looks like below.

if mod names didn't shown in your debug window check your debug windows settings. it should like below.
