First of all I don't accuse Ninjaturtle of intended scam, but this case lasts for too long and has to be resolved. On 3rd October my customer lost access to account he bought. A password reset link was sent to mail, so it definetely was account recall via GM. Owner stated that his own customer, who had owner's ID., abused GMs and stole his main and this acc. After sending me promises about refund/account retrieval, he started to ignore my messages, even though we agreed to sort it within 1-2 days. The only message I got so far was "GMs are reviewing recall via specialist team" and nothing after. I don't get how his customer could steal 2 accounts, why GMs didn't recall his account instantly when he contacted them and why he is ignoring my messages. Already had to refund the customer, so expecting to either get it sorted ASAP or get full refund from owner.
To clarify:
1) Account is purchased
2) Account is sold to customer
3) Ninjaturtle sells another account of his to another person
4) This person recalls Ninjaturtle's main account and Safepoint's bought account by using ID photo, since they all had same mail used at least once
