Explain what happened: Wanted to buy League account he was selling. Contacted to him he showed me via Skype ScreenShare the account. All was right so far. I payed first 50euro via PayPal. He gave me login email-pass so i can change the info on the LoL Site. I loged in and on the option to change to new email the account i requested the code that was sent to hes old email, there he went afk for a while, telling me after he was afk and I should resent the code. I did and he is gone afk again for 10 mins. Then i tryed to check if he changed the login-pass he gave me and i loged out and when i tried to login with same info he gave me before i could not! Suddenly when i told him that I loged out to check if info works and it was not, he gave me a code. I said i could not log in and use that code. Then he told me he was going to ask from his "friend" who gave him only 10min access for new code. That eventually never came back with the code. After i requested refund he just went afk.

More than 1 month since this was reported and he is still out there trying to scam more ppl.
I found this very disturbing when forum are not punishing this kind of people.
Worst forum out there still take care in less than 1 week this kind of reportes.
