I sold 500k wow gold to them for 200usd... We agreed they paid the price for fees and I get 200usd in my PP account. Well.. they set it up so that they have to confirmed that I shipped them an item before the funds are available to me.. and ALSO.. they shortchanged me by 8.10usd... They refused to pay and fix their slip up.. Even if it's 8.10usd.. they still stole it and broke the agreement and will probably chargeback on the sale since they made it where it's gotta be verified they received an item shipped.
