Explain what happened: Spoke with seller on skype, he indicated he would sell me a Diablo 3 CD key + ROS key and I offered to pay half up front, apply the key, then half after I verified he was a legit seller. I paid him $5, he provided me a key which I tried to apply and it was already used. He indicated to me he was going to provide another key however indicated he was having internet issues and the standard BS.
