We traded several times, and I purchased more than 2 WoW Accounts from him, recently I purhcased PrePaid to one of them and turned on the account, few hours later my account got recovered by that user...(I figured out why now, his other account was in the Real ID list, he must have seen that I added game time to account and simply recovered it)

in regard to this, can you offer enough proof to blizz in order to ban him?? if you can`t recover your account, can you at least work to ban him?? after all account being parts of trade are forbidden in their TOS, so if you can provide proof of him selling that account, maybe they should ban him.

I already made my own steps to get back the payment, although the more important thig is that he needs to be banned on forum and people need to see his SKype Name here and be aware of this douchebag, thanks for tips though

1 month ago i also lost one account. The seller took it back with acc recovery, sad part was that i knew him irl. Now my only chance is to be able to contact blizz on live chat, not mails, and give them proof as much as i can of the fact that hes account was part of a trade, so they can lock him up.
