The scammer contacted me yesterday, cancelled dispute and told me it was a mistake from his brother, asked me to remove his personal information. I ignored him, and today he opened another chargeback on the payment

The scammer most likely attends to the "University POLITEHNICA of Buchares" and studies the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers, and his name is Florin Mihai Galita. I will contact the principal of this school and see if he can find mr. Mihai in order to give him a proper punishment for his acts.

Explain what happened:So I added him on skype and he was buying exalted orbs for 1$ so I agreed. I was willing to give 60 exalts but to make sure we make it 50-50 I'll send 30 exalts first then he sends 30$ afterwards. So after we finished the trade I gave him my paypal i've been waiting like for 2 hours please try to fix it he wasn't replying and he's offline both on skype and on poe. I would just like to get my exalts back or for him to comply with our agreement or if that's not possible Maybe do something for him to not be able to scam other people.

I was good and trusted people,but no more.Never give gold first,no matter what,because no matter how good trader is,and no matter how many posts,topic he made,and how many positive reviews he has,he is going to scam you eventually.

He has been reported,but he still doing scams.
