Explain what happened: James Stacy bought 9 US Accounts from me, for a total of $417 US Dollars, after 2 weeks, he did a credit card chargeback on all payments. He used two Skypes to contact me, the new one was to avoid so I don't notice it's him. He bought 3 accounts using PayPal, other 6 using my other payment processor for credit card, all payments were chargedback on same day. Deleted me from Skype and never replied.
