Skype Name: xervie.

Explain what happened:
He contacted me through OC forums to buy Path of Exile currency. Paid me upfront $19, gave him the currency worth of that.
Then I asked for a comment/vouch on my thread - he did it.
And a few hours later I get a PayPal dispute.
Small deal scammer, scamming for just $19
Please try to trace hi by IP/Names/PayPal Email etc and shut him down.

PoeTradess is banned from ownedcore. Would have made the investigation easier if you screenshotted the skype chat with his profile open. But after digging up on him i found eneough to get him banned as it's not his first time scamming someone.

So this guy is a constant scammer, that have multiple PayPal accs / emails and scams from differnet email + nickname every time?

EDIT
Also I whoised his "main ip" and it says it's from Toronto, however the dispute he made he is writing in German.
I think that the IP's you got are just random VPNs, not his real IP address.
