Explain what happened: About 1,5 month ago sleipe bought epic account from me using skrill. Everything went smooth and after payment I gave him an account on skype. After few hours my skrill became frozen and I got email from skrill. They asked me to send my ID and proof of adress and decribe my relations with sleipe. He told me on skype that he got similar email and agreed that we both write that I lent him money and he send me back. Account remained frozen for next 1,5 month, anyway I manager to unblock it recently. Anyway, skrill canceled transaction between me and sleipe because of security reasons (he told me he was using some prepaid card to pay for it). I asked him on skype to send the money back but he just blocked me.
