Did you use a middleman?: no

Explain what happened:
contacts me about a pvp bot for wildstar and asks for 10 euro
payment sent immediately
no bot/reply received in 24 hrs even though he was online the whole time
paypal dispute opened
contacts me 3 hours after dispute was opened
tells me he will send it after i close the dispute
dispute closed immediately
bot sent
it doesnt work at all
he says he will fix it 'tomorrow' or give a refund 'after work'
24hrs later he deletes me off skype and refuses to reply
dodgy behavior shown throughout the whole time
