And he said 3 days long that there will be a key batch at dec 28 and i ask every 12h for key, and he did not deliver and now he is offline in skype.

Here his anwer to my paypal case: "Hello paypal i already sent them the key codes, but i have a terms and conditions on my website which is selling virtual goods. that if ncsoft block the key codes no refund or dispute. then the key codes that i gave to them ncsoft ban that since ncsoft wildstar is only "beta" wildstar is a new game of ncsoft that is virtual goods (digital purchase) now ncsoft block that but then i already sent them the codes which they want a refund and i said i why i will refund i already gave the items if you look my previous sales still wildstar i have no dispute since wildstar don't ban there key codes. hope this will be resolved soon"

he scammed like a lot of ppl in just 3 days or so xD wtf i will never use ownedcore again or only with MM pr3cious!

I believe i too have been scammed.
After purchasing the key over 20 hours ago, and being told by ajmeck, just 10 mins, i still received no key. He then went offline on skype, and his website went offline at the same time.
I have lodged at resolution dispute with paypal in hopes of getting my money back.
All I wanted was a working beta code =(

Ip is above and he is using the unverified and stolen paypal accounts to send the money to the real account he owns. So far only paypal got the name of the guy. And if you get authorities involved with it then they are forced to give his name.
