So you did sell 30.000 gold on Kazzak to Fazzari for 15 euro and recived the money that was sent through PayPal at first, but later the money got recalled by Fazzari and he removed you from Skype, am i correct? This is how i understand it by viewing the screenshots that you provided.

It looks like its his own PayPal, not a hacked one. So basically he is asking a friend or so to send money, then he claim the payment unauthorized (his PayPal hacked), and when PayPal see it's true he gets his money back. Sadly nothing can be done now.

All you can do is to find ways to threaten him until he gives you back your money.
