His PayPal really got suspended for receiving and sending too much payment so PayPal took alot payments that he sent back to him. Since his account is suspended he can't use PayPal to pay.

He told me that he would pay everyone back in another way, but he just disappeared and never logged back in again. He also took back 3 of payments to me for MM service.

He's online daily on Skype, logging on and off, so he's doing something, it isn't just his computer that's turned on. He hasn't responded ever since we last talked about the issue. Whether he did it on purpose or not, the results are the same. We have no key and no money. No difference from being scammed. There are other ways to pay. Western Union, Moneybookers.

Yes I agree with you, whether it's on purpose or not, he is scamming. Just wanted to explain what I knew about it.
