Explain what happened: So basically what happened is he added my Skype and I accepted the request. Then he proceeded to tell me that he is interested in my account. I have asked for the amount of 250 Eur and he offered me 225 Eur right on. I accepted to sell the account for 225 Eur and he went first with the payment.
As soon as I confirmed that he paid me I proceeded along with the account details and he changed everything I suppose. Now after roughly 2 weeks he issued a refund and opened a dispute on Paypal such as someone unauthorized used his Paypal account for this purchase.

Obviously I will try my best so he doesn't win this dispute because I cannot refund such a high amount of money. I need some help .

I have some information to Paypal and we are trying to find his real name. If I will find out his real name I will most likely try to sue him because I hate internet frauds. Plese tell me if it is possible for me to sue him in any sort of manner .

Sorry for responding a bit late but the name you are after is Alex Ivanov https://www.facebook.com/profile.php...071995&fref=ts Totally forgot about this thread because of all the investigations i am running. Hope that's enough for you and you can pin point him where he lives etc. should not be that hard now.

Had a chat with him and he is trying to deny everything. But keep in mind scammers always lie. He is back here on the site and i am just waiting to hit him hard when he is about to strike so he gets a bit of karma back.

He is moving between Ukraine and US and at the moment you can find him in the US.
