It's known that they are scamming, some well-known trader on ownedcore started working with them and quit the same day because he found out they were scamming people.

I can also vouch that this company is a scam company.

I have another person who was scammed from them when they impersonated "Sephirofl Unban Service" to them. They charged the customer, and and I am actually helping that person whom needed my service do a paypal dispute against them currently.

Also, as a small update. They are now banned from EpicNPC as well as Sythe.
