Explain what happened:

Seemed like a legit guy, gave me the money as was verified on Paypal, 4 days later when I had the money in my bank I got an email from Paypal saying the account which was used to pay was stolen...

Yes, I don't think that I will win the dispute/chargeback but if the account is not stolen there's a lways a chance he can loose. Can update when I've called Paypal on monday.

He tried to send me 65€ today for an account. I asked for ID verification and he said it's not safe to show ID. His PayPal looked very suspicious so luckily I refunded him.

Looks like he's using stolen Japanese accounts to scam.
