again 1 scammer great money chargeback !!

Hey ownedcore forumers. I really need some HELP !! So im trusted gold seller and accounts etc... but not so experienced on chargebacks but i lost to much money in last 2 months and need some help... so i sold some gold for 1 ppl he bought from me bigg amounts payment before gold trade traded the gold all time allright so great parnter for 1 month and he now just chargedback alot of money check on screenshot as UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT !! but its not unauthorized because he sent it from his paypal... i have business paypal but when i open a dispute any time i loose my money because i need to pay back for ppl... why is this what can i say on that dispute experienced ppls on this PLEASE HELP !! i dont want to loose again to much ... money please help me what can i say on that dispute.. :S

Its not much you can do unless you have solid proof of actually selling the gold to him/her. Like a signed contract. Screenshots wont cut it.

In hindsight you should have done a way more thorough background-check on the guy. When someone spends so much money on this kind of stuff, you should definitely approach with caution.
