Hey made a purchase for an item on WoW retail from this post. Thought they were decent with positive feedback, then after being delayed and ghosted did some research to see I'm not the only one.

Took imgurs of conversation showing they say 24 hours for item then being delayed and ignored now. I started a dispute.
