Provide more information on what leads to the dispute: We both agreed to eachothers terms, no refund possible assuming it was done on time, my term being him using a VPN.

He also mentioned that my account would be banned for 1 month worst case scenario, but assured me this was unlikely. My acc being banned for half a year rofl

Conclusion:
Customer found us via sythe thread and it was stated that we are banned here and Do Not Trade option because Sythe moderators didn't lift our suspension
ToS is stated on the ownedcore/epicnpc websites
Service was completed
No refund is possible

P.S. Customer got banned for 6 months right after it was completed . As you probably know customers get banned for 1 month only for PVP Piloted Boosts and usually there's a huge massive banwave for arena rating boost happening 2-3 times during the season, also boosters are the firsts one to get banned - there was no banwave and none of our boosters got banned. But this guy got banned for 6 months and there's no guarantee that he didn't use any other services or bots after service was completed - such as buying gold or any other services.
What do i suggest is - customer transfered his character to another toon account - changed his nickname , because armory isn't shown - https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/ch...outland/arwana . Then he bought a gold for example - got his old account banned (just my suggestion)

1) You are supposed to make a ToS prior to a service, not after on the threads. Your threads lacks in ToS on every forum thread there is.
2) You informed me a VPN would be used, which I have evidence were not being used (this were my term, you using a vpn at all times)
3) You informed me the ban would be 1 month if a ban were to be issued, mine were 6 months.
4) You entertain VPN usage on all your threads, time stamps of you saying the booster logging in & the timestamp showing the geolocation login from russia lines up perfectly, you were informed to use a Norwegian VPN.

I got evidence of everything above, this man is posting my irl name and address which I told him to blurr out in discord, however he does not seem interested in doing so.
Regardless, I agreed to your terms, you agreed to mine.
Your terms are voided as you did not live up to mine, only your own terms.
Off-site bans I will assume is not entertained here either (?)

Also, your pardon went into voting on sythe. Seeing ss you told the admin you are not interested in paying bacl, it’s been postponed until you decide to do so (which is unlikely at this point).

Ok so he just told me that he «figured out what I did* by showing my armory I linked on discord, prior to this dispute.
Don’t know what point he is trying to make but he shows characters with the same username, a blood elf matching my chatacter however has completely diff gear and on a diff server?

So what customer did is - after order was completed on 13th of December (Friday) he created a new account - transfered his character here with faction/name change. After that he probably used cheats/honorbuddy or one any other soft to provoke an instant ban for 6 months. Please, investigate it. thank you

His dispute is fake and he just wants all his money back for completed order.

He is clipping things out of context, he asked me if I faction changed, something I did right after he finished the service.

Hes now linking a broken link, dunno why. He also deleted some of his messages which I was referring to. Now trying to set me up or something to have this dispute go in his favor. - You’ve been lying to me all along.
Saying your boosters are R1 players, when they are 2.9k only, caught you there you never commented on it.
- You are saying in order for my character to be banned, it has to be shown in armory, which it does not, if that was the case why would I have anything to hide? Only thing I ever did was say it’s not shown.
- You did not use a VPN, our agreement is voided.
- You are deleting messages on discord, trying to set me up, not to mention linking armory that does not belong to me.
- Sythe staff reviewed all the evidence and you were told to refund, video suggested the entire account value for 6 months loss of gameplay, I was nice suggesting a refund instead of u having to pay 2-3 times the amount.
It does not matter to me what lane OC staff picks, this case has already been solved on sythe. I’m just informing the staff here theres an ongoing dispute there, and what they choose to do with that information is entirely up to them.

I don’t see why you are head hunting me because I stated that I can’t see my armory? Armory is notorious for bugging out lol, it’s very common. You think I would go out of my way to hide anything from you? What it boils down to is:
- You lack a proper ToS in every forum you adv, you promote VPN usage everywhere, inc your own site.
- You did not live up to your end of the agreement (VPN usage).
- You are trying to put the blame back over on me stating I probably downloaded a bot to have myself get banned
- Admins have made their final decision on sythe, infact two staff members even went over it.
- You have wasted my time enough, what OC staff decides to do with is in none of my interest, since you’ve made it very clear you don’t care about the sythe ban I thought reporting you here would justify some of my loss at least.

What is really shitty is that I was really happy with the service and wanted to help you pardon on sythe, so that I could advertise for you because I was very pleased with the service (seen in our chat logs, and I even asked staff if I could once ur pardon is over). But you turn out to be a greedy piece of shit not wanting to come to any agreement, we could of resolved this and I would probably be way more forgiving if it had not come to this. You denied the possibility of your guy not using a VPN cause’ he lives in a different city than shown in the evidence I posted, you went on a rant about this and your evidence towards me was his skype info, showing he is from Moscow, which did not match my bnet activity.
