I clicked on this person's trade thread, was very impatient in selling the last of my 40 exalts in new PoE league (just finished selling 700ex and I'm quitting.)

First pic: Buyer profile, buyer confirms to me over skype that I have the right person trading me in-game

Second pic: We finished trade, and he said 3 mins - 30 mins later I had no payment, so I asked him if he paid. He says yes.
I check Paypal and there is nothing there, so I ask if he can screenshot the sent payment and he goes offline on Skype.
