Scammer/Imposter Alert

This is a very odd imposter/scammer situation... I was not scammed 100% because I didn't lose anything, but it was pretty clear what was going to happen.

The person messaged me yesterday from an account named sellingwowsa (ownedcore account name) asking for my discord account and I gave it to him. On discord he showed me several different druid's for WoW and we worked out a price for one of them which was perfect for me (of course). I asked the ultimate question on how to do the trade and said I was comfortable using a middleman. The guy stated he IS a middleman with over 300 feedback, but looking back at his owedcore account he was a new member. He stated his "middleman account" was through EpicNPC and linked me to it. Then he further said he wasn't the person who initially messaged me and he found "me" on a site called playerup. I have personally never heard of this site nor have I even made an account on it. I have only given my discord to ONE person on this website and it was to sellingwowsa.

We further discussed that I didn't mind using a middleman from EpicNPC however he refused to use the tradeguardian system because of the "fees" and wanted to use his own personal middleman. I did continue the convo to see if other bs was going to come up, but nothing was getting anywhere.

I don't know if further steps will be taken for this or if more proof is needed? Let me know , but I rather have people aware of this person.

He is a scammer. He tried the same tactic on me. He is lucky that we'r not in IRL.

lol yeah this was just sad... i was upset cause it would of been perfect and the perfect price then when i realized i just wanted to drag it on to see what i could pull out of him
