Scammer Report (fxcerria)

Scammed by this guy. Tried to buy a league account off this person and immediately blocked me on Discord after sending the payment. Please ban his ownedcore accounts so no one else will get scammed. He currently has three accounts listed on the League of Legends Trading forum.
