Provide more information on what leads to the dispute: origionally i said he should meet me in the na servers where the accounts based so that i can verify the account actually exsits he declined due to fear of being banned that id report him understandable mmk so then we agreed to do half and half i pay half he gives me the account information then i verify the account which i did and it was an expired free account with zero chars i knew at that moment but a fully teted 61 mystic for 200 bucks well 100 dollars risk to get an account i could flip for 4 times the price was a risk that i took talked on ds screen shots below of the payment methods used i used pay pal with a vpn an a auto log in to keep any key logging on that site from getting my info basicly it boils down to hes lied and sells empty starter accounts screen shots of said accounts are in proof the emty accoun the log ins its empty so idc free account if anyone wants the password or he may change it idk i havent no point to most of the spicy bits of the discord convo in screenshots as well

Nicklast i dont know if he has anyother alts on this web site his english is also bad SGD is singapore currency so hes probably also using a VPN if i had to guess hes somewhere in india if i can im going to try to lead him on waste his time see if i can get more info on him for a better ban because if your using ip bans its highly unlikely it will stop this scammer
