Provide more information on what leads to the dispute:
I made a post about wanting to buy a Death Knight account within my specifications, and maybe after a few days or so this guy replies on my post offering an account that meets my expectations. We exchanged Discord info and proceeded to talk from there, and he did verify the things I wanted on the account. That morning, after getting everything in place, I paid for the account and the transaction went smoothly. So that happened during the 21st of last month. Come the fifth of this month, he messages me on Discord saying that there is some bad news, telling me that Blizzard is "aware" that the account was sold over online sources. He also tells me that the amount offered wasn't enough to quantify the quality of the account, so I had to pay 50$ more to keep the account active. Basically, if he could provide "proof" to Blizzard that he got paid 50$ within the week he's supposed to do it, the account wouldn't get deactivated. First off, the account was changed to my email, so if Blizzard was to notify me of anything, good or otherwise, I'd be the first to know about it. Secondly, it's a violation of the ToS, so regardless of how much money the account was bought for, it was still bought. Blizzard, by my understanding, makes no settlements to customers who sell their own accounts, much less negotiate in a way that sucks more money out of the person or party who bought the account. And lastly, catching wind of this, Blizzard will IMMEDIATELY ban the account because of said violation. No, this guy was obviously unhappy with the amount we agreed upon and tried scamming me out of more money, and it's as simple as that. Today, I was able to log in and play for a bit, but I got booted out and couldn't log back in. Then I checked my email, and stuff did happen. My guess is that he filed a ticket to recover the account and change it back to his email, making me look like a hacker, of all things. I have the emails, and I have the necessary proof to label this individual as a scammer. I could have confronted him about this, but I think he knew what he was pulling and decided to get real nasty about it. I want my money back, or the account, but maybe both are off the table perhaps. Not so "trustworthy" now, are you?

Instant Messenger Profile Screenshot: We didn't use Skype. I don't ask for Skype because I prefer Discord.
Entire Conversation Screenshots: Relevant screenshots. Not much here besides when we made the transaction (which happened at 7:56 AM that day; the second time I called him), account screenshots, and then the shady message about Blizzard "notifying" him about the integrity of the account.

P.S. I also have the emails of when I changed the account info the day I bought it, as well as the emails I got today when he filed a ticket and made changes to the account. But I won't provide those unless you guys want it. Let me know. I'm also keeping tabs on the death knight I had on the account to see if any changes occur, so it'll be real easy to testify the account was recalled back to him.
