Provide more information on what leads to the dispute: Emile and I made a first transaction (as shown in the paypal image) for 15 coins to prove neither of us were scammers. We then agreed on 67 coins for the equivalent $29.47 USD. I sent the money and was almost immediately deleted from his Discord. I messaged Emile through the OwnedCore site where he then replied saying his internet had died and he would be back to resend soon....I called him out on being on the internet to send that message and he immediately stopped replying and eventually logged off.
