The payment was done on april 11th. He promised the service (Farm 1.2 Billion silver) to be completed in 4~5 days, to help him finish the service quicker, I told him that I would not log in to my steam acc until he finishes his service.

However, 3 days after payment, I have discovered that the service provider have never even attempted to start the service. I found this out by checking my last-login time using my friend's account.

This is when I questioned the seller about the progress (April 14th, see screenshots below), and he gave me excuses of losing power due to hugh storm in his area. I gave him few extra days despite being upset due to him not meeting the promised timeline. On april 16th, he said he will need 3 more days to finish the service, which is still 8~9 days compaired to the promised 4~5 days.

On 17th, I logged onto my steam acc to see the progress after checking that the seller was not playing on my account at that time. (This was when he had one day left to complete his service) I saw that he had farmed 250 mil silver over 4 days. (The service was to farm 1.2 Bil silver) I was slightly worried, but I did mention anything about this to the seller.

From April 17th to 21st, the seller was keep using excuses so I could not give him the verification codes when he was available. I always messaged me when it was 4~8am in my timezone, and when I tried to contact him while I was awake for 16 hours, he did not reply. I could not believe that he was only available during the early morning and not available for the rest 16 hours, but he kept giving me excuses such as :

1. He is at his parent's home
2. His launcher is repairing
3. The I provided doesn't work (then disappeares when I provide the code right after receiving his message)
4. He goes to sleep when I don't reply to give him the code for a while. (He sleeps for 16 hours? lol)

On april 21st, I finally get him to log onto my steam, and tell him I won't log on to my acc for another 3 days. He thanks me and appeares to be doing the service he promised. But since april 22nd, he was never online on discord, never logged into my steam acc, did not contact me at all. I got suspicious and messaged him on 24th but got no reply. I believe I assuming that this seller has blocked me on discord is justfied, and I would like partial refund for the service not completed. I believe I am being very generous for not asking for refund right after him not meeting the timeline, and I gave him around 14 extra days to complete the service which he did not in the end.

He needs to farm additional 948 Million.

He completed 21% of the service.
I'm requesting 79% refund. ($63.20 USD)

I'm not counting my wasted time, effort from this dispute.
