Explain what happened:
Discussed things with him on discord where he asked me to send money via a gift on paypal which I stupidly accepted. After I sent the money he logged off and I havent seen him online since. I stupidly closed the thread with him on discord and they were unable to retrieve the conversation but I have proof of paypal and the refund I received.
