Provide more information on what leads to the dispute: I paid 30$ in advance to get an easy and fast work of "boxes" to be used in an upcoming website. He ignored me for a whole day and at the end he removed me.

There are 2 complaints against him already but neither bothered filing a scam report:

1.

Booster accepted my order and never finished giving me different excuses everytime, now hes posting a thread hiring people which is hella shady.

2.

This is a scammer. I commissioned him to do a website for me. He insisted I payed upfront, which I did not agree to, though I did agree to give $25 upfront and the rest later on. He then proceeded to ignore me after I paid him. I also attempted to contact him on multiple separate discords, to which he removed me when I revealed it was me he was talking to. Lotu has been given 24 hours to respond but I suggest you already start look into chargebacking as he has not logged in for 2 days.
