Information: This scammer/scoundrel is a proficient and highly literate scammer. He scammed me for 90$ purchase of in-game currency Exalted Orbs. Basically, I pay first and then I get the items . I paid him but he never responded and had blocked me from Skype . His delivery time is 5 - 10 minutes . A day has passed .
