Explain what happened:
sent him a payment, made sure it was a protected payment just in case, of $435.00 for the account as he described in his thread. After a few moments while i was changing contact information, he "took back" the account. It means he contacted blizzard since his name is forever tied into the account as a license. He changed all his information back and when i called him out "nice scam, i'm escalating to paypal"... I asked for a refund and the response was "sure few mins".. not 1 response, nothing.
