Explain what happened: Bought an account he was selling on his thread, asked picture, he agreed to do a 50/50 trade. and he asked a family ( send gift) on paypal because
he got scammed a lot.. and hes the scammer...

i send him a normal payment ( no gift / family ) and he refunded me because it was not a family/gift, so i found that nice and none-suspicious.

but after i sent him the money as family/gift, he acted weird and stoped answering me.

What I can do is accept a partial payment, send you the account and then you send the rest of the payment. I was thinking you could send $20, then I'll give you the account. That way it's even for everyone. If you decide to take off with the account, it'll still have something to show for it.
