I bought a US legion key from the user PQQT for $30, he didn't give me a key says he will refund me. Waited for the refund to complete but it did not. Says he will fix it and he will give me the key for $20. He updates me on why the refund didn't go through and says he did not have enough money in is paypal balance. So I wait for a week still not refunded and ask if for an update on the refund, I tell him I will give him a week for him to give me a key. The week passes and he seems to have blocked me from skype and not replying to my PM's. I also checked his new thread and he was selling a total of 3 new legion keys even though he did not refund or send me a legion key.

Ya he ain't lying , I either owe this guy 30$ or a Legion key and 10$ like I said. I didn't block him from skype, just been staying invisible for everyone. I thought I did refund him from paypal and it even said refund completed on my end, but then he showed me his ss, so I did a little more digging in paypal and discovered there wasn't enough in my paypal balance or my connected debit card, to be honest I can't even remember this guy's skype name, but I do remember the issue. I've had a few other issues with some keys, people saying they did not work etc so I had to give new keys. Now keys are unattainable for me and I'm not getting any income from selling anything.

I guess just give me an official time limit to reimburse dude and he will be as soon as funds are available in my account.

How much time do you need in order for you to refund him?

Haven't been on but I will send him a PM with my skype ID. So nothing has been resolved yet.

EDIT: Okay I got in contact with him and he says that he will have the funds one Friday.

PQQT had been banned for failing to resolve the dispute since its way past the deadline. pls contact me or any mod if he ends up resolving tis
