Explain what happened: I messaged him on KIK messager as he stated in his ad about what he had to offer , GTA V ACCOUNT we talked and he responded quickly and friendly to my questions. I then sent him 20 dollars usd (27 cad my currency) and then he said he would need 15 mins and I waited and then he replied and said it was done. After that he asked if I wanted a membership and or anything else and I he talked me into getting a spoof account. After I sent him 15 usd (20.02 cad) He stopped replying and did not receive my gifts . I paid via paypal family and friends.

I can confirm that he is indeed a scammer and has already scammed other people besides you. I'll have another moderator look into this for you.

But as a side note, you are still able to recover your funds through PayPal even if the money was sent as family & friends. You'll have to call PayPal to file a dispute. And you're lucky because PayPal changed their buyer / seller protection for intangible goods & services not long ago. If you need additional help when calling PayPal, you can send me a PM.

XXXTENTACION had been banned. pls use google or the search function on site before a trade. his contact info belongs to a banned member tat was being banned for scamming.
