Explain what happened: I found him here, and contacted him via skype to trade wow gold, I told him I would trade 100k, but he wanted 255k so I traded him 255k gold and he got the gold and then said that he had paid to my paypal and but still no money on my paypal and then he blocked me on skype (i logged in to another skype to check) when I wanted a payment proof.
