Did you use a middleman?: No

Explain what happened: We have made an agreement. I sold him 200k gold for o.21 per k price. After delivery, he informed the payment has been made but no payment happened.

The only reason these scammers are successful is because they offer a sweet price and bait the new people in. For future reference, if you aren't able to sell privately to friends, you're better off taking a cut by using a notable reseller; at least you get something out of the deal. Sorry that happened to you, but this is another case where a simple Google search of his Skype name would have told you he wasn't legit, if his lack of reputation and feedback wasn't enough of a clue already. Trade carefully.
